The Challenge
Gamification can easily become decoration. The goal was to start with the behavior and decide whether game mechanics could help people practice it.
My Role
I developed the learning hypotheses, target behaviors, game concepts, mechanics, mockups, and measurement strategy. I then partnered with the development team, providing design direction and review as they translated the concepts into Storyline 360 experiences that were completed and launched.

The Solution
Experiments
- Game-Based Knowledge Practice: dice rolls, question cards, progression, scoring, timing, and replay mechanics created an active knowledge-retrieval experience.
- Principle-Based Application: a Bingo-based experience used randomized prompts, scoring, and immediate feedback to reinforce application of Advocacy, Ownership, and Expertise.
